6 months agoIs Jay Huff an early candidate for Most Improved? The 7’1” center bounced around 4 NBA teams and 3 G League teams, and is now having a BREAKOUT start to the season for the @memgrizz. Huff, who averaged 1.2 PPG for the Nuggets last year, is averaging 11.0 PPG on 61% FG, 56% 3PT, and 100% FT off the bench in the first seven games. Jay is also swatting 1.3 blocks per game. It’s crazy took so long for Huff’s skillset to get noticed considering he was the G League’s blocks leader, G League DPOY in 2023, and an All-G League First Team honoree. 10 months agoJalen Warley is one of my favorite transfers this upcoming season. He transferred to Virginia which I feel is a perfect fit for him. He is a 6’7 PG who is a great facilitator along with being a good defender. He has great touch on his passes and can pass with both hands equally. On defense he can guard any primary ball handler or scoring wing because he is big enough and mobile enough to stick with them. This is a huge pickup for Virginia along with a great fit for Warley. #collegebasketball #basketball #virginiabasketball
