7 months agoIt has been a jooouurrneeeyyy, and while acknowledging that journey never ends and I’ll be right back at it tomorrow, I’m gonna let myself breathe and reflect for a moment. 17 years in to coaching professionally and 30 years in to an obsession with hoop, the boy got a chip with the Celtics. The other ring I got I was on a mountain in Austria slow dancing set plays while it was won, so this one means a little more. And while I’m never one to forget the slights along the way, for better or worse I see them all, and there have been plenty… much more importantly, the love and support and trust I’ve gotten from family and friends through it all has been what has fueled me, saved me, and helped me grow and find my way through this basketball world. Grateful to be exactly where I am right now, and have learned myself enough to know I need all that love and support for the next part of the journey. Love you all NH to NZ to SB to the World

3 years agoA healthy body can be defined as a body containing the ability to move effortlessly without any sensation of pain and restriction. Impaired biomechanics can only lead to dysfunction. Breathe improperly for too long and it will backfire. Move improperly for too long and physical impairment will appear one way or the other. When we deviate too much from nature, we become dysfunctional. This is the real pandemic of modern society. The true blueprint of human mechanics is nothing fancy.
