9 months agoWe are excited to announce that former NBA player, Gorgui Dieng, has partnered with USADF and the NBPA Foundation to launch an agricultural development project in Senegal through the Gorgui Dieng Foundation! 🇸🇳
With the support of a $25,000 matching grant from both USADF and the NBPA Foundation, totaling $50,000, this initiative will establish a hospital farm at Kébémer Hospital, supplying fresh vegetables and medicinal plants for patients and the local community, with the goals of enhancing nutrition and supporting local farmers. 🌾
This latest grant was made as part of an ongoing partnership between the NBPA Foundation and USADF to fund development projects supported by NBPA members interested in and committed to African development. 🌍
